Create an asset from a file upload

Create an asset for a local file and get an upload ticket. Mindstamp does not receive the bytes in this call. For audio, image, and document, send the file with an HTTP PUT to upload.url with upload.headers. For a video clip, upload with any TUS 1.0 client to upload.endpoint with upload.headers, then call GET /assets/{id} until status is ready. The asset ID works in interactions at once.
